All frozen and refrigerated orders ship with either gel packs or dry ice in a box insulated with Styrofoam. We pack all our frozen/refrigerated orders in a chill dock/freezer section of the warehouse and that's where they stay until they are loaded on to the UPS truck. We have a maximum 2-day shipping policy, so orders are not sitting in a trailer/warehouse over the weekend with the potential of compromising the integrity of the product. All frozen and refrigerated orders process on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday and ship on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday’s.
SHIPPING
All orders include FREE UPS Ground as the shipping method within the continental US. Orders will usually ship within 1 to 3 business days of when the order is placed. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We require a $17 intercept fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addressed due to the customer’s error. We do not ship internationally currently.
