Simply thaw on the counter, or in the refrigerator overnight and you’re ready to go. It also makes great cinnamon rolls, bagels, dinner rolls, and much more!

Thawing Instructions

Recommended Refrigeration Method
(Ready in 8-10 hours)

• Remove dough from freezer and place into refrigerator overnight in package. Dough will expand in the bag. (Dough can be used up to 4 days after removing from freezer if kept under refrigeration until use.)
• Once the dough has expanded and you are ready to use, let dough come to room temperature (about 30 minutes) before using.

Room Temperature Method
(Ready in 4-6 hours)

• Let thaw in the package at room temperature (4-6 hours) or until dough is soft.
